The candidate will support the different non-destructive processes and methods that are used in our production units. He will take part in investigations related to NDT processes and will propose practical and efficient solutions. He will support our customers during the introduction of process technologies related to NDT. He will also have to be on the lookout for new technologies and propose to our customers new ideas related to innovative technologies to improve existing processes. He/she will have a good command of project management and demonstrate a good ability to complete projects and mandates within the prescribed deadlines.

Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing studies in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Physical, Computer, Or Software Engineering.
  • Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

  • Contributes to the evaluation and introduction of new NDT methods.

  • Support P&WC suppliers for NDT processes.
  • Participate in investigations related to NDT processes.
  • Support production and quality assurance in investigations relating to NDT methods and processes.
