About The Position

This internship program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced Engineers, contributing to the re-design and development efforts of Mechanical, Electrical, Show, and/or Ride controls and software systems. Interns will gain valuable knowledge in safety systems for Ride Controls, vendor interfacing, basic project management skills, and fundamental Electrical and Mechanical engineering principles.

Requirements

  • Basic AC/DC electrical knowledge, Autocad, Physics, Calculus, MS Office
  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • A transcript is required upon application.
  • Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.

  • Preferred majors include: Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, procedures, and records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform and verify engineering calculations to support design, analysis, and implementation of systems in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and support factory acceptance tests to verify system functionality, performance, and compliance prior to delivery or installation.
  • Conduct and support site acceptance testing to confirm proper installation, integration, and operational performance at the customer site.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues during testing, commissioning, and operation, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to manage technical requirements, schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
