About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Internet Salesperson to join their team at Kendall Lincoln of Eugene. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, charismatic, and determined, ready to make sales a career. Previous auto sales experience is preferred. The dealership serves customers throughout the immediate community as well as throughout Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to control your income through performance-based pay.

Requirements

Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts
Strong communication, grammar, and email communication skills
Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
Good driving record and valid driver license

Responsibilities

Responding to inbound and outbound sales calls
Responding to internet-based inquiries quickly and effectively
Setting up client appointments
Working with management staff to negotiate vehicle prices
Using computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects in order to build rapport, referrals, and future sales
Attending sales meetings and trainings
Assisting with showroom and vehicle lot displays
