We’re looking for an experienced Internet Sales Consultant to join our team at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. Requirements
- Previous vehicle sales experience required
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with internet, phone, and online sales leads
- Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in person
- Identify customer needs and recommend new and used vehicles
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities
