Requirements

  • Proven track record in a dealership setting (Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred).
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, text, and video (video walkarounds are a must).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
  • Discipline and understanding of the importance of follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of internet and phone inquiries with speed and precision.
  • Utilize the CRM system to its full potential, ensuring all leads are followed up on.
  • Provide virtual vehicle presentations, transparent pricing, and expert product knowledge.
  • Turn digital interest into confirmed, high-show appointments.
