Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers (Google Suite / CRM)
- No automotive experience needed; training provided
- Focus on attitude and work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, retail, or call center experience is an asset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads (internet, phone, text)
- Book appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers and keep them engaged
- Provide basic vehicle information and answer questions
- Use CRM systems to track conversations and opportunities
- Call customers regarding in-store sales/promotions
- Answer new online inquiries
- Call customers who requested information
- Book test drives and appointments
- Work with the sales team to convert leads into sales
