Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive internet sales experience.
Minimum 1 year of related internet sales management experience or equivalent education and training.
Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills to maintain contact with clients before and after sales.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to perform needs analysis, including vehicle make, type, and desired features.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, licensing, discounts, and financing or leasing requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle inventory lot.
Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle operation.
Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
