Use consultative selling skills to help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become an authority on vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to support successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses directly to the Sales Manager.
Bring a positive attitude to work every day.
