Requirements
- Experience in automotive, retail, or digital sales preferred
- Strong video communication skills (smartphone proficiency is enough)
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow a structured cadence
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to online leads using video, text, email, and phone
- Create short, engaging vehicle walk‑around videos and personalized intro videos
- Guide customers through the entire buying journey — from first contact to delivery
- Follow a structured lead management process to maximize appointments and sales
- Maintain accurate notes and follow‑ups in CRM
- Build trust and rapport through transparency, communication, and consistency
- Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and deliver exceptional experiences
