Requirements

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
18 years or older
Must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Minimum of 1 year of previous automotive Internet sales experience within a dealership

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and provide an exceptional guest experience through the sales process.
Respond promptly to inbound Internet, phone, text, and digital leads.
Manage follow-up and set appointments using CRM, email, phone, and SMS.
Coordinate and confirm showroom visits and test drives.
Use consultative selling skills to help customers select the right vehicle.
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Stay knowledgeable on vehicle models, features, and competitive offerings.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing questions and concerns.
Take ownership of the customer journey to create a strong dealership impression.
