About The Position

Round Rock Hyundai is looking for an Internet Sales Consultant to join their Team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will promptly, professionally, and courteously assist customers in a call center environment, communicating via text, e-mail, or social media as assigned. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the organization and customers every day.

Requirements

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale throughout the organization.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly, professionally, and courteously assist customers in a call center environment.
  • Communicate with customers via text, e-mail, or social media as assigned.
  • Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Use MS Office Suite, CRM, and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis.
  • Ensure customers have a world-class experience at every step along their ownership journey.
  • Provide an unparalleled level of expertise to support customers' overall experience.
