We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Internet Sales team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for monitoring and facilitating internet leads, determining customer’s vehicle needs, and maintaining a follow-up system that encourages repeat & referral business for Mossy. This role requires understanding the terminology of the Automotive business and keeping abreast of technological changes in the product, features, and accessories, including vehicle delivery to customers. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however, they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approximately $65,000 to $130,000.
