About The Position
John Vance Auto Group – Guthrie, a family-operated dealership for over 40 years, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role involves managing internet leads, setting appointments, and ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience for customers from start to finish. The ideal candidate has real sales experience, knows how to build relationships, and can turn online leads into satisfied, lifelong customers.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads at once.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and text to build trust and rapport.
- Guide customers through the buying process, from inquiry to delivery.
- Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
- Set appointments for the sales team and ensure a high show rate.
- Track activity, progress, and results to meet and exceed goals.
