About The Position

As the Internet Sales Manager / Lead Sales Associate, you will be the driving force behind our digital sales strategy. Your role will involve managing and motivating a team of Sales Associates, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring seamless lead management. Your positive energy and leadership will help reinforce our brand's reputation for outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the retail automotive industry with a proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Excellent customer service, communication (both written and oral), and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfort with high call and email volumes and proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional automotive sales training or management coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of Internet Sales Associates. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help your team succeed and grow.
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with prospective customers through phone and email, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up on missed opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • CRM Mastery: Leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (eLead) to develop and maintain a robust prospect development system and track customer interactions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement and oversee an effective owner follow-up system to drive repeat and referral business, contributing to high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Seamless Lead Management: Transfer online leads efficiently to the Sales team and collaborate with Sales Management to provide timely quotes and information to customers.
  • Brand Advocacy: Uphold and demonstrate behaviors aligned with Hanania's Vision, Mission, and Values in every customer and team interaction.
  • Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the dealership's goals and operations.
