We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to manage inbound digital leads and phone inquiries. In this role, you will not be closing deals on the showroom floor. Instead, your primary mission is to build rapport, overcome objections, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Requirements

  • Strong, confident verbal communication and professional written skills (email/text).
  • Ability to navigate multiple software tabs, CRMs, and chat tools simultaneously.
  • A positive, competitive attitude with the thick skin required to handle heavy outbound calling.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center, telemarketing, hospitality, or automotive BDC experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to inbound internet leads, chat inquiries, and social media requests using a highly organized CRM system.
  • Conduct 80–120 outbound calls daily to follow up with active leads, past customers, and unsold showroom traffic.
  • Master pre-set scripts and word tracks to overcome objections and schedule a steady flow of qualified showroom appointments.
  • Meticulously log all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in the CRM database.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Consultants to ensure seamless hand-offs when appointments arrive.
