Requirements

  • Automotive BDC/Internet management experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of CRM system, lead providers and website backend tools preferred
  • Highly Professional and dependable
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • eLead, CarWars and vAuto experience preferred
  • Toyota experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of the Business Development Center and Internet Department including handling inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, text and Internet as well as providing a warm hand-off to customers once in-dealership.
  • Convert opportunities to customers
  • Work in concert with the Sales Manager to ensure vehicle merchandising is on point – photos, descriptions and pricing
  • Set Appointments
  • Confirm Appointments
  • Commit to a short-term and long-term internet lead follow-up process
  • Serve as first point of contact for all inbound sales calls
  • Manage Sales Associate CRM workplans and provide coaching
  • Act as the liaison between the Service Drive Coordinator and the Sales Department
  • Maintain awareness of current advertising and incentives
