About The Position
Cross Border Talents (CBT) has been addressing the digital skills shortage since 2013 by connecting talent with top employers in desirable locations. CBT has received three Seals of Excellence from the European Commission and aims to fill over 2000 job openings monthly across the EU, Asia, Africa, and LATAM. They are seeking International Remote Recruiters - Freelancers to join their recruitment teams and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.
Requirements
- Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of methods
- Familiarity with Social Media, resume Databases and Professional Networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience recruiting (BPO) profiles
- Achieve CBT monthly budgets + attending weekly telcos with your manager
- Minimum availability of 20 to 30 hours per week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong resilient and proactive attitude
- Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
- Results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs
- Job post vacancies in diverse international platforms
- Headhunt potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen candidates that fit the required profile
- Plan and execute preliminary interviews
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Follow up with candidates until they are hired for the client
