About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Internal Service Specialist to join our growing team. As our Internal Service Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for customers who need support, answers, parts, or solutions. You'll work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Technical Service teams to ensure every customer experience is outstanding!

Requirements

• Customer service, service coordination, inside sales, or technical support experience
• Experience with ERP (Infor preferred), and business software systems (word, excel, etc)
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Ability to occasionally lift and move inventory items

• Responding to customer inquiries and service requests
• Coordinating and Scheduling technical support and service activities
• Identifying creative solutions to customer challenges
• Building strong relationships through outstanding service
• Operating a forklift to retrieve and organize inventory
• Maintaining accurate records in company systems
• Working with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
