About The Position
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their growing team at the Bartonsville practice in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to work within a nationally recognized, forward-thinking health network known for its commitment to teamwork, compassion, and technology. The Bartonsville practice is part of a larger division of internal medicine with over 20 practices and 100 clinicians. The role involves providing patient-centered, progressive primary care with flexible Monday-Friday schedules. Support is provided through nurse triage for call, and an onsite/remote care team to assist with in-basket work. There are opportunities for career development in teaching, research, and physician leadership.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
- A current Pennsylvania Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, progressive primary care.
- Manage patient care with flexible Monday-Friday schedules.
- Participate in call rotation with other physicians and APCs.
- Support in-basket work with the assistance of an onsite and remote care team.
- Engage in opportunities for career development in teaching, research, and physician leadership.
