About The Position

Caring and Innovative Health Center seeks a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician in Fitchburg and Leominster, MA! This is a team setting where people help each other out, creating a caring environment. The organization has 5 locations, 25 providers, and 400 team members, with 20 years in practice. There is solid tenure among team members, with many having been with the company for 15 to 20 years. The center utilizes EPIC EMR.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Flexible personality.
• Willingness to help other team members.

Responsibilities

• See 16-24 patients per day on average.
• Work in a team-based mindset with a collaborative environment.
• Option to focus 100% on patient care, or split time between patient care (80-90%) and Associate Medical Director duties (10-20%).
• Work with a lower income patient population.
