About The Position

Vohra is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, in the Greenville, North Carolina area. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, typically visit two to three facilities per day within a 40–60-mile radius, and treat approximately 20–30 patients per day. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

This is a mobile practice with full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time physicians work four to five weekdays, generally Monday through Friday, with a stated schedule of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; part-time physicians work at least three weekdays per week. There are no nights, calls, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. The position is W-2 employment, and work visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted MD or DO medical license in the state where you wish to practice.
• Commit to working at least three weekdays per week, Monday through Friday.
