About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring a Family Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and typically visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients daily. The mobile practice covers facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The position offers full-time schedules of four to five days per week, Monday through Friday, or part-time schedules of at least three days per week. Full-time hours are described as Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are no nights, on-call duties, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. Requirements
