About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and typically visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients. This is a mobile practice serving facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules. Full-time physicians work 4–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with a stated schedule of 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; part-time physicians work at least 3 days per week. There are no night, call, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. Employment is W-2, and work visa sponsorship is unavailable. Requirements
