About The Position

A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team in southeastern Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to practice 100% outpatient medicine while caring for a diverse adult patient population with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy aging. The organization is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through an integrated team-based model.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Eligible for medical licensure and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Practice 100% outpatient Internal Medicine.
Focus on adult and geriatric patient care with an emphasis on chronic disease management.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and support staff.
Build long-term relationships with patients.
Make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain inpatient skills through optional hospital privileges (not required).

Competitive salary: $247,000-$333,000 annually (DOE)
