About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Hospitalist to join an employed position at our Level 1 trauma center and flagship location. You will join a high-volume, growing team of 80+ providers within an 800+ bed Level 1 Trauma Center, delivering integrated care across specialized units including the Burn Center, the Comprehensive Stroke Center, and the dedicated Brain and Spine Hospital. This role offers maximum scheduling flexibility with a part-time schedule and the rare advantage of a schedule published six months in advance. You will remain on the same team during your 7-on schedule for patient continuity. With a team of 80+ providers, you have consistent, ongoing opportunities to pick up additional 12-hour day or night shifts as they fit your lifestyle. You will manage a daily census of 15–16 patients within a closed ICU environment where dedicated intensivists and ICU staff handle critical care. You will have the opportunity to perform procedures if interested, and while the team does not mandate procedures, they offer retraining for physicians looking to sharpen those skills. You will practice within a facility hosting multiple residency (IM, FM, Anesthesia) and fellowship programs (Cardio, Critical Care).
