About The Position

This is a Locum Tenens position for an Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care services in various locations across Ohio, including Mentor, Lorain, Willoughby Hills, Brunswick, and Fairlawn. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The physician will document patient encounters using the Epic EMR system and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and multidisciplinary teams. The position requires flexibility to float among assigned Cleveland Clinic outpatient locations.

Requirements

• Active Ohio Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM or FM
• Active DEA
• Ohio CSR Required
• Outpatient Primary Care Experience
• NPDB Self-Query within previous 6 months required
• Internal Medicine physicians must see all ages

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services
