Develop, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive internal communications strategy. Support employee engagement through communications efforts to help ensure an understanding of Company’s culture, brand promise, major company projects, and overall business objectives. Partner with management across the organization to align strategy with employee engagement, recruiting, benefits, and wellness goals. Work with marketing team to develop content that is inspiring, informing, and engaging for social media, company intranet, award applications and internal presentations. Develop and nurture communications channels throughout the company to ensure that messaging reaches targeted employees. Maintain and apply knowledge of the latest communication technologies and tools to enhance employee engagement and reach our geographically dispersed workforce. Gather project requirements and translate those into actionable plans. Work with marketing project specialists to develop detailed project plans and schedules, identify dependencies and critical paths, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Schedule, facilitate and actively participate in project meetings. Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Manage projects utilizing department project system. Document, formalize and socialize communication processes across the organization. Evaluate process improvement opportunities and work within marketing and across the organization to implement. Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of internal communications programs and initiatives. Establish format and deliver reports on key program metrics. Work across the organization to develop and maintain a strategic perspective. Ensure that the Marketing Department’s mission, vision, and values are pertinent and practiced throughout the development process.
