The Manager of Internal Communications plays a key role in supporting a well informed, engaged, and connected workforce across the Firm. This position is responsible for shaping internal communications strategy, translating business priorities into clear and compelling messaging, and partnering with senior leaders to reinforce Manatt’s culture and strategic direction. Serving as both a trusted advisor and hands-on executor, the role oversees leadership communications and internal channels while supporting major firmwide initiatives and change efforts. The Manager of Internal Communications reports to the Director of Communications and is part of the Client Development and Marketing team. This position will work closely with Firm leadership, business professional leaders, the Marketing Department and other stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, clear, and aligned with the Firm’s values. This is a new role that will evolve with the Firm’s strategic growth agenda.
