Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Experience with financial reporting and accounting systems
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Progress toward CPA or CIA certification
• Experience conducting operational, financial, or compliance audits
• Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audits across multiple business functions.
• Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and reduce risk.
• Prepare clear, actionable audit reports.
• Monitor corrective action plans.
• Support fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and governance initiatives.
