Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking an intern to join the Internal Audit team for the summer. PALIG’s Summer Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment, strengthening both technical and professional communication skills. The internship focuses on supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the organization, including an active role in Project Surge, a key PALIG initiative designed to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational performance. The intern will support advisory work and team-led projects by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with Internal Audit team members and business partners. This role contributes to initiatives aimed at improving workflows, organizational structure, and overall operational performance, providing exposure to strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
