About The Position

The Internal Audit Intern at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) will gain practical experience in corporate governance, risk assessment, and compliance. Nice To Haves

• Completion of at least one year of college coursework
• Familiarity with audit procedures, compliance standards, or SOX controls is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Internal Audit Department with planning and executing audits, including SOX and non-SOX reviews
• Support documentation and testing of processes and controls
• Assist in drafting and vetting audit findings and related action plans
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive corporate information
