About The Position

ATSG’s Program Management Office is at the beginning of a new strategic transformation effort, and the Value Creation Intern will support initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, financial results, workflow organization, and internal data visibility across ATSG. This role assists with organizing and transferring business data, supporting workflow management tools, and contributing to reporting and presentation development. The position provides exposure to business operations and strategic initiatives across multiple disciplines within the aviation and logistics industry.

Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other workflow/project management software.
  • General knowledge of economics and finance principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage data and support multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in aviation, operations, management, finance, economics, or a related field. Will consider candidates with relevant prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data transfer, organization, and maintenance across internal systems and reporting platforms.
  • Support workflow management using Maestro, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
  • Compile, organize, and present information using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and similar tools as needed.
  • Assist with general economic and financial analysis related to internal projects and operational initiatives.
  • Maintain organized documentation and support the development of internal reports and presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental initiatives.
