About The Position

This is an internship where you will be involved, not just included. You will learn by doing and contribute where you can. You will rotate among our core areas to gain exposure and become a pro in one of them. You will collaborate with team members on live projects, gain exposure to company systems and processes, and support key tasks that teach workplace fundamentals. Experience is not a requirement; your mindset is. Wisenbaker is looking for interns who are go-getters that want to do, not just watch. You show up, deliver, and care. If you know your way around email, Google Docs, and can Google "how to unfreeze Excel," we’re in business. You don’t melt when given feedback, as growth is the game. We’ll coach you up if you show up. Zero experience is not a problem, as we don’t expect pros – we build them. All we ask is that you come ready to learn and ready to hustle. A team-first mindset is essential, leaving the ego at the door and bringing curiosity, energy, and your best attitude.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program
• Smart and hungry; go-getters who want to do, not just watch
• Shows up, delivers, and cares
• Familiar with email, Google Docs, and basic Excel functions
• Open to feedback and coaching
• Ready to learn and hustle
• Team-first mindset, curious, energetic, and has a positive attitude
