About The Position

MorphWorks’s 2027 Summer Internship program is intended for ambitious students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment. Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning and developing skills relevant to a consulting environment.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in departments such as HR, Marketing, IT, and Operations based on individual skills and interests.
• Participate in projects aligned with personal and professional goals.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to support team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills relevant to the intern’s career path.
• Network with professionals across the organization to understand different business functions.
• Complete tasks promptly and adhere to project deadlines.
• Assist with organizing events or initiatives that promote team collaboration and engagement.
