About The Position

This internship is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment alongside wealth management experts. Interns gain insight into the industry, UBS clients, and the firm while developing skills and building a network of mentors and business contacts. The position is within the Private Wealth Management division at the Philadelphia branch office, which provides advice-based solutions for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university.
• Have a balanced resume that includes solid academic performance and campus involvement.
• Have a genuine interest in developing a career in Wealth Management.
• Bring a positive, can-do approach.
• Be able to analyze problems, generate ideas, and make decisions.
• Demonstrate good judgment.
• Be able to plan, organize, and execute tasks.
• Communicate well and work within a team.
• Be able to persist with a task.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects that have a real impact on clients.
• Support the wealth management team.
• Attend presentations by Wealth Management Americas (WMA) leaders to learn about the industry, culture, and strategy.
• Gain product knowledge through internal and external partner sessions to support the team.
• Plan team marketing events and materials.
