About The Position

The Intern works with internal departments and vendors to determine and fulfill promotional, event, and entertainment needs. The role assists with planning and executing casino-wide promotions and special events, reviewing marketing materials, budget planning, sponsorship fulfillment, tenant and property-wide marketing, and social media branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal departments to determine promotional, event, and entertainment needs.
• Initiate and track requests with internal departments and vendors to fulfill needs.
• Plan and execute casino-wide promotions.
• Review and proofread marketing materials for accuracy of content, grammar, and brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute special events, including festivals, Party on the Patio, New Year’s Eve, guest giveaways, and property entertainment events.
• Assist with budget planning and the vendor contract process.
• Assist with sponsorship fulfillment.
• Support tenant and property-wide marketing efforts.
• Assist Mohegan and corporate teams with social media branding efforts.
