About The Position

The High School Intern gains hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment and learns how a dealership operates while building practical skills alongside experienced team members. The paid internship is designed for students attending high school and offers opportunities to explore career paths while contributing to a team supporting customers and communities. Interns work with RDO Equipment Co.'s Midwest Agriculture stores, which serve farmers across the Upper Midwest with agriculture products, services, parts, and support.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Support the parts department and showroom to learn dealership operations.
• Help with facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences.
• Work safely, serve customers, and contribute to the team.
