Depending on the assignment, interns may review payment requests or journal entries; support audits and process-improvement work; perform analytical and administrative tasks; research policies and prepare reports or communications; assess customer-service processes; support HR projects; troubleshoot and maintain workstation and laptop software; digitize historical records; assist with operational functions; or support outreach, events, communications, and social media. Internship outcomes include learning through work assignments, completing projects and tasks, and improving verbal and written communication skills. The hourly rate is $15.45. Applicants must submit a cover letter expressing their professional development goals for the internship and transcripts showing their current academic focus.
