The Goodwin Living Summer Internship program allows college students an opportunity to explore the field of senior living and engage in many of the departments that are essential to our organization. Applicants can apply for any of the following departments: Brain Health (resident engagement, programming and outreach), Brain Health Thrive Day Program (with residents), Engagement and Outreach (with Human Resources), Foundation, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications. This program is 2 days a week for 15-weeks (120 hours) beginning the week of August 11 and culminating on April 23. Interns will be required to submit all necessary onboarding documents and attend an in-person/all-day orientation on January 6. Summer Interns will receive a stipend, a resident mentor, and 2-3 professional development workshops with our leadership team.
