About The Position

Chicken N Pickle is offering an 8-week immersive internship program starting in Summer 2027. This program is designed to provide interns with valuable exposure to various departments, including Community, Marketing, Operations, Pickleball, and People (HR). Interns will focus on driving and completing key projects for their core team while collaborating with fellow interns. The company aims to provide a supportive and meaningful work environment with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and eagerness to learn from executive leadership
• Transcript reflecting a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• 12+ volunteer hours completed

Responsibilities

• Shadow executives in select meetings, take detailed notes, prepare meeting summaries and follow-up actions
• Support daily operations by organizing documents, scheduling, preparing reports, and coordinating communications
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support strategic initiatives
• Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Act as a CNP brand steward
• Attend and participate in CNP internship activities with fellow interns
