We are seeking temporary summer support to pilot a new Field Service support role focused on proactive customer communication and logistics coordination. This position is designed to improve operational efficiency, increase asset utilization, and support revenue growth through outbound customer engagement and follow-up activities. This role will not be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries or providing repair status updates. Instead, the individual will focus on proactive communication with customers to help reduce delays throughout the repair and loaner cycle. Key responsibilities include: Following up with customers to ensure timely return of loaner units Coordinating logistics related to loaner and repair activity Sending repair quotes promptly upon completion of service Following up on preventive maintenance (PM) quotes and pending repair opportunities Re-engaging customers who have reported equipment issues but have not yet submitted units for repair Supporting improved turnaround times and asset visibility across the Field Service operation The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers in a professional manner.
