About The Position

BondLink, a fast-growing financial technology company modernizing the $4 trillion municipal bond market, is looking for a motivated and curious college summer intern to join our team over a 6 week term. As an intern, you'll work on meaningful projects that directly impact how local governments and public utilities raise capital for public infrastructure across the United States. You’ll collaborate with managers across the company, including product, engineering, sales and marketing, gaining hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and real-world applications in finance and government. This is a unique opportunity to learn about a vital but often overlooked corner of the financial world while sharpening your skills in a mission-driven startup environment. Ideal candidates are rising juniors or seniors pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or related fields, with prior professional experience. BondLink is seeking a motivated and curious Intern to support a variety of business functions across the organization. Requirements

  • Must currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a college or university program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor analysis, customer segmentation, or industry trend research to support strategic planning.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data for use in business reports, presentations, or dashboards.
  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of business projects, including updating timelines and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Assist with outbound business development efforts with prospective clients to introduce company offerings, gather initial interest, and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Support daily operations through scheduling, preparing meeting materials, managing spreadsheets, or responding to internal communications.
