About The Position

The year-long, master's-level Corporate Internship provides master's-level students with hands-on experience supporting strategic and operational healthcare initiatives across TriHealth. Interns work with leaders and cross-functional teams on projects involving process improvement, patient experience, data analysis, education, operational efficiency, and program development, while gaining exposure to healthcare leadership and system operations. The intern serves as a short-term staff assistant in an assigned area to gain knowledge and business expertise in its subject matter. Duties vary by service line, business unit, or functional area and may include administrative, clerical, research and analysis, service support, and clinical service or support. The position provides a practical cooperative learning experience for a student interested in healthcare. The role is located at 625 Eden Park and is scheduled for 24 working hours per week, day shift, Monday through Friday. The position includes physical activities such as frequent lifting of 50 pounds or more, consistent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, talking, and hearing conversation, as well as other duties and conditions described in the posting.

Requirements

Some high school; no degree achieved (required).
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to work in a professional business environment.
Willingness to follow instructions and learn about the assigned functional area.

Nice To Haves

Currently enrolled in an approved program for a specific field of study in a related field.
Up to 1 year of experience in a related field.
