About The Position

Terracon’s internship and co-op program offers practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering, as well as the business functions that support these services. The role supports active project work through field and laboratory assignments, offering opportunities to build skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development. Interns receive mentorship, participate in a nationwide internship cohort program, and share their experience with executive leadership. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering, science, technical, or business-related field.
• Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
• Demonstrated curiosity and teamwork, and alignment with Terracon’s values.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
• Support active project work and observe how technical decisions affect clients and communities.
• Develop skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
