About The Position
The Frontline Insurance Internship Program provides an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a dynamic, innovative environment. Interns collaborate with management and executives and are assigned to departments according to operational needs, which may include Risk Management, Accounting, Business Development, IT, and Underwriting. The paid internship lasts 8 to 12 weeks and is scheduled for June through August 2027, with dates subject to change. Interns work 40 hours per week and receive mentoring from senior executives, as well as opportunities to attend company functions and networking events and participate in enrichment and team-building activities. Requirements
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Excellent relationship management abilities.
- Proven experience delivering high-level internal and external customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college program to receive credit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct custom research and data analysis to support various departments.
- Input data and manage databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Attend company functions and networking events to build professional relationships.
- Participate in enrichment and team-building exercises aimed at personal and professional development.
