This short-term (2-week) internship is designed as an educational exposure program for high school students interested in Human Resources and business operations. Over two weeks, interns will participate in structured learning activities, job shadowing, and guided assignments to better understand how HR supports employees and organizational success. This opportunity is not intended to replace paid employment and will focus exclusively on observation, training, and skill development. As a leader in workforce development and social enterprise, Goodwill South Florida provides individuals with barriers to employment an opportunity to work, grow, and thrive. Through this program, interns will participate in on-the-job training within our nationally recognized social enterprise network, gaining essential work readiness skills, exploring career interests, and building confidence in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
