The Work Based Learning Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of the School to Career/Work Based Learning program. This role involves facilitating meetings and activities to bring together employers, instructors, students, and center staff to ensure program success. The coordinator also generates work site opportunities that match trainee capabilities with employer requirements and serves as a liaison between departments to coordinate the Work-Based Learning program. Regular visits to work sites are required to cultivate relationships and coordinate guest speakers.
