About The Position

During the 3 month period, the Shared Services intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of initiatives while working alongside our Sales, Real Estate, IT, Human Resources, or Legal team. This role will conduct market research, review reporting and analytics, and be a part of a team making recommendations based upon findings. Our interns use creativity and strategic thinking to make a positive impact while learning hands-on skills needed to successfully navigate the modern workplace.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED from accredited institution.
Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
Required to be 18 years or older.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Currently enrolled at a college or university with a junior or senior class standing and working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
Curiosity about industry trends, competitors and results.
Ability and interest to understand technology.
General understanding of data analytics.
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
Self-starter willing to take initiative, but not be afraid to ask questions
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of company operations, systems, and reporting tools/practices.
Partner on process improvement initiatives aimed at efficiency and accuracy.
Facilitate data entry and data extrapolation from specific systems.
Partner on projects that provide practical experience.
