About The Position

L3Harris is seeking an Intern, Program Manager to support program execution and proposal efforts for the Common Data Links – International business area. The intern will support cost, schedule, resources, and performance across the program portfolio and help prepare responses to customer quote requests. The role calls for strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills to establish trust with internal and external teams. It requires regular presentations and status updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Program or Business Management, or a related field at an accredited university.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, RF engineering, program or project management, and/or finance.
• Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Support program management tasks across the international program portfolio.
• Support program activities across different regions, including reviews of cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk.
• Participate in external meetings with government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the portfolio.
• Support proposal efforts and responses to customer quote requests.
• Provide regular presentations and status updates to leadership.
