About The Position

The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are looking for a Premium Client Service Intern to assist and provide support to the Premium Client Service Department. Applicants should be motivated and comfortable interacting with guests and high-end clients. The applicant will assist the Premium Client Managers on various daily tasks, prioritizing and maintaining part-time staff and other department materials. They will assist with all HEAT games and Concert responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prior customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with guests and premium clientele.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Enjoy working directly with people in a service-oriented environment.
• Availability for all HEAT games, concerts, and holiday events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Premium Client Service Department.
